VENEZUELA BUSINESS VISA SERVICE
PLEASE GATHER, PREPARE AND SEND THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
Application Form:
One completed application form. All questions answered and signed. (See attached form).
Passport:
U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months and two blank pages. click here to see our passport services.
Photocopies:
Copy of US Business License employer.
Copy of the main page of passport.
If non-U.S. citizen:
Copy of Green Card or long term visa
Photos:
Two (2) passport size photos, color.
Notarized Business Cover Letter:
Notarized business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Venezuela and financial guarantee for all your expenses.
Letter of Invitation
Letter of invitation from your host/sponsor in Venezuela.
Itinerary
Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary
If traveler is a minor
If traveler is a minor, copy of birth certificate (translated to Spanish and notarized), and copies of the passports and identifications of both parents.
Copy of Lease
Copy of Lease agreement or mortgage statement *
Police Record *
