Terms & Conditions

Disclaimer

The Passport Station is privately owned, we are not affiliated with the U.S Department of State (www.travel.state.gov) or any Consulate. You do have the option to submitting your passport application directly with the U.S Department of State (a process which takes approximately 6 weeks). The Passport Station does not issue or claim to issue any passports, visas or other government issued documents.

Controlling terms

Buyer expressly agrees that Seller’s Invoice and these Terms and Conditions of Service represent the complete agreement of the parties with respect to the sale of the service(s) listed on the Invoice and no different or additional terms or conditions in Customer’s purchase order or in any other prior or subsequent communications in any way adding to, modifying or otherwise changing these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Seller.

Acceptance of service

Seller may accept buyer’s offer to purchase and shall be bound to supply the applicable Service(s) in accordance with these terms and conditions either by execution of the acknowledgment copy of the order, or acceptable electronic transmission, delivery of the Service(s) or by any other statement, act or course of conduct which constitutes acceptance under applicable law.

Prices

Unless otherwise indicated on the face of the invoice, all prices are quoted on a per service(s) basis. Buyer is responsible for any tax or government charges imposed upon the sale or transfer of the Service(s). Buyer shall not have any right to set off any amounts due hereunder against any amounts which may become payable to Seller under any other agreement.

Taxes

Buyer is responsible for any tax or governmental charge imposed upon the sale or transfer of any service. Any such tax or governmental charge will be added to the total invoice amount. All prices are FOB Seller’s facilities. Applicable freight costs will be added to the invoice.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agrees in writing signed by officer of Seller, all delivery dates are estimates Seller shall use its reasonable efforts to deliver all Product within the time specified; however, in no case shall Seller be liable for any expense, loss or damage whatsoever suffered by Buyer as a result of the Seller’s failure to deliver Service by the specified date. The Passport Station is not responsible for any delays or decisions made by the Department of State that can result in the denial or approval of passports. We have no control over any changes in the requirements that the U.S. Department of State or any Foreign Government agency may apply to the process. We will attempt to notify you of any changes as soon as they become available. Please keep in mind that processing time starts the following business day of the receipt of your complete documentation. We offer an expedited and reliable service for an additional fee. Passport in 1-14 business days. Keep in mind that government fees are still to be paid by you (the applicant) to the U.S. Department of State or Consulate or Embasy . Our role is to assist you in the submission and delivery of your application as a courier.

Transportation and risk of loss

The method and route of shipment are at Seller’s discretion unless Buyer timely supplies explicit instructions otherwise. The Passport Station is not responsible for the loss of any documentation or delay in the process caused by mail couriers or any of the parties involved, including but not limited to Consulates, Embassies, Passport offices or any other party involved in the delivery processing of the passport or visa documents.

Limitation of liability

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that seller’s liability for any claims with respect to the service(s) shall not exceed the amount paid by buyer for the service(s) under the invoice. Such limitations on seller’s liability hereunder shall apply even if seller’s liability is due in whole or in part to its own negligence. Any action by or on behalf of Buyer or its successors or assigns for breach of this document must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action as accrued.

Governing law and arbitration

This document shall be interpreted and governed by the law of the State of America, excluding its conflicts of laws rules.
