BRAZIL WORK VISA SERVICE PLEASE
GATHER, PREPARE AND SEND THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

Valid Passport:

You must send the actual passport. The passport must signed and have at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least two complete blank visa pages for the visa stamp. Note: The last three pages on the passport are not visa pages and are not acceptable. Note: Make shure your passport is in good condition, click here to see our passport services.

Consulate Fee:

Include your Consulate Fee Money Order with your documents.

Passport-type photograph:

 You must provide 2 (two) 2"x2".

Driver's license.

Copy of driver's license.

Itinerary.

A photocopy of round trip tickets or a letter signed by a travel agent with confirmed round trip tickets. BY SEA: Official daily port itinerary from the cruise line listing the applicant as a passenger and showing the port location for each day of the cruise.

Child Consent Form:

Additional required documents for minors (under 18): • Notarized application form. The form must be signed by both parents and the signatures must be NOTARIZED. Both signatures must fit inside the signature box. • Birth certificate. The applicant's ORIGINAL birth certificate. • Letter of consent. A NOTARIZED letter of consent form from the Miami Consulate, signed by both parents. • Polio vaccination. For applicants between the ages of 3 months and 6 years, a certificate of vaccination against Polio is required. If the child cannot be inoculated, please submit a notarized letter from the child's physician. NOTE: The processing time for minors can be extended by a week or more

Non Criminal Record:

Provide a recent non-criminal record issued by your local Police Department.

Employer's Letter:

Except for community services and volunteering activities - which require prior authorization from the Ministry of External Relations, work authorization by Ministry of Labor is required prior to visa application.

Work Authorization:

On the company's letterhead stationery and signed by a senior manager - briefly introducing the applicant and clearly stating the precise nature of the business and activities to be conducted in Brazil .
